A Section 125 plan (also called a cafeteria plan) is an IRS-approved program that lets employees pay for qualified benefits with pre-tax dollars. For TripValet, each employee receives a group number once their company is enrolled. They visit the SBP portal, enter their group number, and complete a short enrollment form. Travel perks activate immediately. For Quantum Health Benefits, enrollment is handled directly through Quantum with guidance from your SBP agent.
